Welcome to WiggleWatts! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We’ve kept things clear, fair, and friendly—because good vibes make good business.
1. Orders & Payments
All orders are processed securely through our website. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll begin printing your WiggleWatts. Payments are accepted via major credit/debit cards and supported payment gateways.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order due to errors, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Product Information
Each WiggleWatts is 3D-printed on demand using high-quality materials. Minor surface textures or print lines are normal and reflect the handcrafted nature of our process. These variations do not affect performance.
We make every effort to accurately display colours and features, though appearance may vary slightly based on lighting and screen settings.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
To begin a return, please email returns@wigglewatts.com with your order number and reason for return.
Note: Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your WiggleWatts arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo and your order number—we’ll do everything we can to fix it or send a replacement.
Every order is inspected, packed with care, and sent as if we were shipping it to someone we know.
